Emily was a nineteen year old Miami native.  She enjoyed traveling, dancing, doing community service and everything that was fun. Emily spoke four languages. She attended Miami High and USF where she was an honor student and received many scholarships and tributes.

It is in her remembrance, compassion, and sense of excellence and love of life that this center is dedicated to her dreams of service to the community.
